Pattonville High School is a coeducational secondary school located in Maryland Heights, Missouri, in west-central St. Louis County. As the only high school in the Pattonville School District, it enrolled 2,220 students in the 2010 school year.[1] The school is accredited with the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Pattonville's mascot is Pete the Pirate.

Ken Jones, former professional football player with the AFL. Jones played from 1976 to 1986 with the Buffallo Bills before closing his career with the New York Jets in 1987.
